CONSTRUCTION OF THE “BY THE SEA RESORT” HOTEL ON THE BEACH IN MIĘDZDROJE
INVESTMENTS WITH THE INVESTORAL SUPERVISORY
One of the few hotels built directly on the beach on the beautiful Baltic coast, in the area of the former fishing base. Under the agreement, a tender was conducted for the selection of the general contractor – Awbud S.A. – and an agreement with the general contractor was prepared and negotiated. In the subsequent stages, the company acts as a project supervisor and supervises investors.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE NUCAIR PRODUCTION HALL
INVESTOR’S ADVICE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As part of the services provided, a tender was conducted for the selection of the general contractor for the hall building and a contract was prepared and negotiated with the contractor.
Within the scope of their duties, they manage the entire project and act as site managers for construction works carried out by the Investor himself.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE “RODZINNE KOMORNIKI” HOUSING ESTATE
INVESTOR SUPERVISION
Investor supervision on the construction of an estate of detached houses in terraced houses with parking spaces, together with full infrastructure and land development in the neighbouring commune of Poznań.
EXTENSION OF BMW CAR DEALERSHIP IN POZNAN
INVESTOR’S ADVISER
As part of the services provided, an analysis of the construction and executive design was carried out, together with an assessment of the possibility of reducing investment expenditures.
A tender was conducted for the selection of a general contractor for the construction works, and then a contract was prepared and negotiated with the contractor.
An important element of the service was participation in obtaining investment financing, including organisation of meetings and negotiations with banks and consultations at the stage of preparing credit applications, including the preparation of relevant documents.
