One of the few hotels built directly on the beach on the beautiful Baltic coast, in the area of the former fishing base. Under the agreement, a tender was conducted for the selection of the general contractor – Awbud S.A. – and an agreement with the general contractor was prepared and negotiated. In the subsequent stages, the company acts as a project supervisor and supervises investors.
