As part of the services provided, an analysis of the construction and executive design was carried out, together with an assessment of the possibility of reducing investment expenditures.
A tender was conducted for the selection of a general contractor for the construction works, and then a contract was prepared and negotiated with the contractor.
An important element of the service was participation in obtaining investment financing, including organisation of meetings and negotiations with banks and consultations at the stage of preparing credit applications, including the preparation of relevant documents.
